With the groundbreaking and innovative nature of Village On The Twelve, Barr Associates needed a likewise creative and fresh design approach to promoting their New Urbanist development.

As a proven, simple and reliable platform for blogging and paged content, I again selected WordPress to serve Village On The Twelve as both a neighbourhood communication portal and a sales and marketing vehicle.

The interface is particularly effective in the use of a horizontal/vertical tab-based navigation and wayfinding system.

In designing the site layout it became clear (if it wasn’t already) to me how vitally important quality photography is to the fit and finish of a professional web property. Have a look for yourself.
