Steps in Fall
While learning the ins and outs of black and white photography using an old Nikon FE SLR, I captured this image of a weathered concrete staircase covered with oak leaves while hiking in Credit Valley, Ontario.
I am hopelessly in love with everything about autumn. There is a timelessness and a sublime loneliness that continues to evade my attempts to capture it with a camera.
