Instruction
For the past three years, Scott has been an instructor with the post-graduate Web Design and Development Program (WDD) at Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. He is currently facilitating courses for the Digital Photography and the Computer Programmer Analyst programs for the School of Design and Visual Art (SDVA).
Scott, along with a very talented and experienced faculty, shares his knowledge of current standards-based technologies, techniques and design methodologies. He is passionate about developing web resources that are fully cross-platform, device-independant, user-centred, universally accessible and visually appealling.
Quality, engineering and æsthetics are always at the forefront of Scott’s lectures, demonstrations and labs. Scott also enjoys speaking engagements on any of a great variety of web and technology topics, last presenting at WebEvolve 2006.
